DONT SPLASH is the Roblox Poolrooms horror run everyone has been queuing. You cross flooded tile rooms while a creature that cannot see you but hears water tries to cut you off. This guide covers how a Poolrooms party works, the nine named stages reported after the late-October update, valves, pebbles, and what not to confuse with same-name games. It is not a redeem-codes daily table.
How to Play DONT SPLASH on Roblox
- Open the official experience: DONT SPLASH on Roblox.
- Sign in, then use Touch to create a party (wording on fan map pages).
- Pick Poolrooms. Difficulty options described by dontsplash.com and community wikis: Easy (one monster) or Normal (three monsters); a harder setting unlocks after two Normal clears.
- Party size for a run is 1–4 even though the server max is 10.
There is no Steam client and no standalone download—play only inside Roblox. Optional game passes and Coin packs are not required to finish a run, per the independent guide at dontsplash.com.
Creator and Naming Notes
- Roblox creator field: group Bacon Theory.
- Fan sites (dontsplash.com, dontsplash-roblox.wiki) also credit developer slo7th; when Roblox and fan pages disagree on attribution, prefer the live Roblox creator line.
- Display name on Roblox may carry seasonal tags such as “[NEW STAGES] DONT SPLASH”; this page uses DONT SPLASH.
- Do not confuse it with Dont Spill the Water! (Ascora Studios)—that party game’s code ILOVEWATER belongs there, not here.
Core Rule: The Monster Hears Water
Community walkthroughs and in-game wall text agree on the pitch: it cannot see you; it hears the water.
Practical implications called out across dontsplash.com, dontsplash.com/guides/map, and stage wikis:
- Falling in, clipping water on a jump, or making splash noise draws the hunter.
- Pebbles are the starter lure: throw into water away from your next pads so the creature moves first.
- Follow yellow platforms and black wall arrows when the route is marked.
- After the rotating bridge, open both red valves (hold E until the ring completes; toast style “Valve opened (1/2)”), then climb the yellow stairs when water rises.
This site did not run its own playtest for this article. Stage and valve wording below is attributed to dated public footage / field notes cited by those guides.
DONT SPLASH Stages (Nine Named Rooms)
Map order used by dontsplash.com/guides/map (launch four + five rooms named in late-October update footage):
Pillar Hall
Jump between platforms and follow wall arrows to the exit.
Broken Walkway
Choose short hops on narrow ledges or longer gaps on the wider route.
Sinking Platforms
Keep moving—tiles sink under you. Dark-bordered tiles are called out as safer pause points.
Rotating Bridge
Wait for alignment, board the near end, leave from the far end.
Moving Platforms
Account for the tile sliding under you; wait for the next landing to line up.
Drifting Platforms
Floor arrows push you—counter-steer before you commit to a jump.
Memory Bridge
Watch which tiles light up, remember the sequence, then take the safe route.
Crushing Walls
Watch the wall cycle; take the open lane instead of rushing a closed one.
Locked Exit
Use the camera prompt to photograph all four pillar numbers for your current run, then enter those digits at the door. Numbers copied from someone else’s video are not a reusable solution.
Valves (Between Bridge and Later Rooms)
Valves are a sequence, not a separate “tenth stage.” After the rotating bridge, find the Maintenance cabinet / red wheels, open both, then climb yellow block stairs between columns to the lit corridor when rising water starts. Lines players chase include “The door is open. Get out.”
Fan pages also note a Farm tile in Create Party that returned “THIS GAME IS NOT PUBLISHED” (error 773) in a October 24, 2026 party test. Do not plan a run around Farm until Roblox actually serves that place.
Tools: Pebbles, Valves, Coins
Pebbles
- Starter throwable lure; create distant splashes so the hunter leaves your jump line.
- Community wiki pages describe picking pebbles from gray stone clusters and buying small packs at an Equipment stall for Coins—confirm live prices in-client; we are not publishing an unverified shop table here.
- Upgrades named on wikis include Throwing Range and Pebble Skipping—treat unlock costs as live-UI only.
Valves
Open both wheels (E hold). One valve is not enough.
Coins and Optional Gear
Clear screens and Coin stalls fund optional gear (examples named on fan wikis: Rescue Rope, Flare). None of that is required to understand the Poolrooms route. This guide does not maintain a daily redeem-code list; as of the October 25, 2026 dontsplash.com note, no working DONT SPLASH codes were verified there.
