About this game
2048 is a puzzle game where you slide numbered tiles on a 4×4 grid to combine them and create a tile with the number 2048. Each successful move spawns a new tile, either 2 or 4, in an empty space. When two tiles with the same number meet during a move, they merge into one tile with double the value. Each tile can merge only once per move.
The goal is simple but challenging: combine tiles to reach 2048. The game ends when the grid fills up and no valid moves remain. Plan ahead to keep the board organized and leave room for new tiles. Try keeping your largest tile in a corner and building smaller tiles toward it. Reaching 2048 lets you continue playing and chase a higher score.
