Minesweeper is a classic logic puzzle where you uncover cells on a grid while avoiding hidden mines. Each revealed cell shows either a number indicating how many adjacent cells contain mines, or nothing if no mines are nearby. Use these clues to deduce safe cells and mark potential mines with flags.
Choose from three difficulty levels: Easy (8×8 grid with 10 mines), Medium (12×12 grid with 20 mines), or Hard (16×16 grid with 40 mines). Mines are placed after your first click so you never lose on the opening move. Click any cell to reveal it, or use Flag Mode to mark suspected mines. Right-click or long-press on mobile also places flags. When you reveal a blank cell, the flood-fill algorithm automatically uncovers all connected safe cells.
Win by revealing every safe cell while leaving all mines flagged or hidden. The best completion time for each difficulty is tracked and displayed. This implementation follows the original Minesweeper gameplay with a modern, clean interface. Play for free on desktop or mobile—no account required.
